CHOCO CUBE is ICAM’s centre of higher education dedicated to pastries, chocolate, and ice cream; a place where professionals share culture, competence and creativity.

It is not just a physical space or a corporate training centre, CHOCO CUBE has a far wider scope that encapsulates ICAM’s philosophy, know how, culture and passion for chocolate that has been passed down over three generations, acquiring ever more competence in the creation of a quality product. As our founder, Silvio Agostoni declared: “It is not enough for Icam’s chocolate to be technically perfect, it must also be incredibly delicious”.

 

This is how our philosophy was born, an approach that combines knowing how to work with chocolate, and the objective of sharing this expertise with all sector professionals, through the support of our consultants and all those who strive every day to grow and spread the culture of ICAM’s chocolate.
