Milk chocolate coffee chunks, for use in baking but perfect for many other applications. Unique for shape, structure and taste.
With the addition of around 6% cocoa butter, the chunks become a chocolate couverture, to be used in a number of different applications. Ideal for creations such as chocolate bars, coverings, ganaches and dragées.
