To celebrate its 80th anniversary, Icam is holding a contest that gives you the chance to contribute to an original book that gathers together the most iconic and representative recipes of our 80-year history.

How to take part?

A click of the mouse is all it takes to register and enter the “80 Flavours, 80 Stories” contest.

  • You will find the dedicated section 
“80 Flavours, 80 Stories”
  • Fill out all the fields and submit your iconic recipe

Guidelines
  • Register by 30/04/2026
  • Fill out all the required fields in the entry form. We will ask for the quantities and the various preparation stages of the complete recipe and you will find questions on your passion so you can tell your flavour story in our book.
  • Remember that you must use at least one product from the Agostoni and Icam Professional catalogue.
