Components
1. Mixture
| 450 g | Organic White Chocolate |
| 27 g | Corn-starch |
| 1,5 g | Salt |
| q.b. | Vanilla |
Put the chocolate into the chiller or freezer for 15 minutes, then into the cutting machine and slowly add in the rest of the powdered ingredients. Full power for 15 seconds, mix the ingredients, and once they have been well chopped, the mix is ready for the cook.
2. Cooking
| 91 g | Full-fat Milk |
| 69 g | mixture |
Pour the milk into the saucepan, and add the mix straight away. Use a whisk to avoid caramelisation on the bottom of the pan, and once it boils, it is ready. Pour into a cup and decorate according to your taste.
