From a land where man has found an equilibrium with the environment, and from a project of conservation, sustainability and social responsibility, comes this mix of Trinitarian cocoa, with its very aromatic profile. Located in the heart of the Alta Verapaz natural forests, the Finca Chimelb is a one of a kind plantation, where the cocoa grows next to coffee, cardamom, pineapple, eucalyptus and rubber trees, in an exceptionally varied breeding ground. Here the eco-sustainable cultivation is manifested in the identification of the practices best adapted to the local climate and territory.
The result is a sweet and pleasant chocolate, whilst still being intense and persistent on the palate, presenting a chocolaty aromatic profile with distinct notes of dried fruit and traces of coffee.
