Description

This cocoa originates from the Baracoa plantations, located in the north east of Cuba. This zone is dedicated to the growth of banana, coconuts and cocoa, where the purity of nature helps preserve the authentic flavour of the raw materials. A window into Cuban flavours (royal palm and mahogany), hints of dried fruit and spices, accompanied by a slight acidity and delicate notes of cocoa.
