Ideal as a layer or crunchy inclusion in fillings, mousses and spreadable creams, or simply as a decoration or elegant finish for mignon, cakes, glass desserts or plated desserts. To ensure the best adherence possible, it is recommended to apply them to a glaze, chocolate or fruit gelée base before they solidify. Can be coloured with a spray gun or mixed with shiny powders for a golden or coloured effect.
