Chocolate nuances chunks

Chocolate Nuances are the shades of colour and flavours that Icam has created for all professionals with a selection of fruity tastes and more. A new range of baking stable chunks, unique in shape, structure and taste. Made of white or milk chocolate, the chunks are characterized by an intense, full-bodied and clean flavour and a new larger format (approx. 15x15x5 mm). These recipes are designed to perform at high temperatures, ideal for leavened products, baked bases, croissants, but also with a great versatility. In fact, with the addition of approximately 6% cocoa butter, the chunks are transformed into a real chocolate couverture to be used in pastry, chocolate and gelato recipes.
