Ready to use spreadable cream, with a dark colour and intense cocoa flavour, thanks to its high low-fat cocoa content (28%). Contains hazelnut paste. Hydrogenated fat free.
As a filling to be used in its pure form or added to chocolate to provide more structure. Perfect with the addition of inclusions.
Perfect for flavouring pastry creams, whipped cream, butter-based creams. Indicated also as a glaze for cakes and small pastries, where it is necessary to heat the product to a temperature of 30/32°C. May also be used in an open oven.

Soft spreadable cream with a smooth and compact consistency. Very deep dark chocolate colour with a pronounced cocoa taste that comes from the high low fat cocoa content (25%), whilst the presence of hazelnut paste (6%) softens and rounds off the aromatic profile. Hydrogenated fat free.
