CocoaBar – preparation mix for dense chocolate
Preparation mix of low fat cocoa, perfect for the creation of the classic hot chocolate.
Allows speeding up the thickening process without boiling.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE – QUANTITIES FOR ONE MUG OF CHOCOLATE Temper 25 g of CacaoBar (4 full coffee spoons), gradually adding 125 ml of milk. Naturally, you may change the dose of CacaoBar as required, to obtain the desired density and flavour.
IN SAUCEPAN: Place over a low to medium heat until the chocolate reaches the desired density, mixing constantly. IN THE MICROWAVE: Cook at 750W for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Should you desire a denser chocolate, increase the time in increments of 10 seconds. If you are preparing more than one mug at a time, increase the time by 30 seconds per mug. EXPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE: With the steam nozzle, heat up the product until reaching the desired density.
