Dark covering created with a premium recipe specifically for gelato making, with no palm oil or hydrogenated fats.
Perfect as a covering for stick, bonbons, cones and semifreddi. Interesting with the addition of inclusions No tempering required. Melt at 40° and use directly on chopped pieces. Also excellent for creating the stracciatella effect.

Full and lingering flavour of finest quality cocoa, which is elevated by the cold, with a bittersweet taste, balanced and clean. The total fat content gives this product a good deal of cover and fluidity. Perfect shine, deep dark chocolate colour.
