A wonderful range of flavours
In Cuba, in the province of Guantanamo, there is Baracoa, an area of pure nature immersed in the tropical forest and surrounded by the sea. Famous for crops such as coconuts and bananas, this area has many traditions, including a strong culture for cocoa. In fact, about 75% of Cuban cocoa is produced here, characterized by a wonderful range of flavours.
