To the north of the capital La Paz, in the Alto Beni valleys, lies a region that is particularly favourable to the cultivation of cocoa. Here lies a project dedicated to the agricultural development of the territory, with a cooperative system of cultivation and processing of cocoa, where particular attention is made to the social aspect of the communities involved.
Well balanced between acidity and bitterness. Average sweetness. Strong notes of dried fruits and a floral aftertaste.
