From the lush plantations to the south of the Maracaibo lake in Venezuela, this is a chocolate with a complex aromatic profile, whose acidity and astringency are reduced to a minimum, whilst the delicate notes of hazelnut and almonds come to the fore.
Particularly well adapted for fine pralines, to implement a range of chocolate bars with or without inclusions, to make ganaches and hot chocolates.
Can be used for coverings, even with trolley desserts.
