Cream with a strong cocoa flavour, with 14% hazelnut paste and without any hydrogenated fats.
In pralines, as a filling to be used pure or added with chocolate (approximately 35%) to give it more structure. Excellent with the addition of inclusions.
Perfect as an additional flavour. Can be used as glaze for profiteroles, cakes and small pastries (at a temperature of 35° for the best fluidity). Perfect as a fine covering for chilled desserts, as it maintains its structure when brought up to serving temperature.

Pronounced cocoa taste. The presence of 14% hazelnut paste softens and smooths off its aromatic profile. Hints of vanilla. Very deep dark chocolate colour. Always homogeneous structure. In positive display it maintains the aesthetic yield. Hydrogenated fat free.
