Spreadable cream with 25% low-fat cocoa and 6% hazelnut paste, for a cocoa taste with a well-rounded aromatic profile. Hydrogenated fat free.
As a filling to be used in its pure form or added to chocolate to provide more structure. Perfect with the addition of inclusions.
Perfect for flavouring pastry creams, whipped cream, butter-based creams. Indicated also as a glaze for cakes and small pastries, where it is necessary to heat the product to a temperature of 30/32°C. May also be used in an open oven.

Soft spreadable cream with a compact and smooth consistency. Its high low fat cocoa content (25%) gives this product a pronounced taste of cocoa, whilst the presence of hazelnut paste (6%) softens and rounds out the aromatic profile. Deep dark chocolate colour. The use of karitè and sunflower oil gives the product a clean taste. Hydrogenated fat free.
