Dark chocolate covering glaze with high levels of softness and malleability, hydrogenated fat free.
The clean slice, without cracking, and its glossy finish, make this perfect as a glaze for chocolate cakes (sacher, panettones and colombas, chocolate logs, etc). Perfect as an accompanying sauce in cups, and plated desserts. Melt the product at a temperature of 32/33°C (you can use the microwave), mix and glaze without tempering.
Ideal as a glaze for semifreddi.
