We have always been involved in creating products that meet the needs of professionals in pastry, chocolate and gelato sector. Being at your side is for us the real achievement of one of our greatest goals: becoming the ideal partner for every professional, giving to everyone the opportunity to experience, test their creativity and offer to all customers a unique tasting experience.

1998

The first creams and chocolate for professional

In Lecco, the first creams and chocolate for professional chefs were put into production. In time, it gave way to an ever wider and more complete range of products, including chocolate, creams and cocoa semi-finished products; just remember the first products launched: Prestige Milk Chocolate, Madesimo and Bittra Dark Chocolate.

2004

The brand Icam Linea Professionale

A high performance range of products in terms of yield and flavour, created specifically for chocolate, pastry and gelato makers, able to satisfy the requirements of any recipe. Through this new range of products, ICAM aimed to offer every professional the chance to push the boundaries of their creativity, and to enjoy a unique taste sensation through the creation of perfectly balanced recipes.

At the same time, thanks to the expertise of the Agostoni family, the search was on for sources of every type of cocoa, with the objective of creating chocolate with unique characteristics, with authentic flavour and versatile to work with, for the highest possible performance across different sectors.

2010

The evolution of the pack

With the introduction of the new cutting edge site of manufacturing excellence in Orsenigo marked the evolution of the Icam Linea Professionale pack, now able to distribute chocolate drops in 4 kg bags and no longer in boxes, guaranteeing the conservation of the product and hence its flavour.

2016

The Agostoni Range

On the occasion of the company’s 70th anniversary celebration in 2016, the Agostoni Line was launched, and in 2018 it became a Premium Brand including three ranges: Grand Cru, Single-Origin and Organic.

2019 - 2020

CHOCOCUBE

In 2019, ICAM inaugurates CHOCOCUBE, the training centre dedicated to pastry, chocolate and gelato; the place where professionals can share culture, competence and creativity.

In 2020, CHOCOCUBE is also digital thanks to a platform that shares with all the customers the expertise and professionalism of ICAM technicians, through contents that are accessible in a practical and fast way.

2021

The new corporate identity

Icam was faced with an important change, renewing its corporate identity, that included a transformation of its logo: Icam Linea Professionale became Icam Professional.

2024

New look

We are ready to celebrate the history of Icam Professional, with a totally new look aimed at highlighting some of the most long-standing and iconic products that have characterised the history and paths that many professionals have shared with us. The approach that Icam has developed over the course of the past 80 years is a philosophy that nurtures passion, attention, innovation and research, to implement a manufacturing process that exalts the purity of the raw ingredient and conserves the authentic organoleptic profile of the cocoa itself.
